Mr.I.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent of both parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Though the writ petition has been filed for the prayer quashing the Government Order in G.O.(D) No.107, Public Works (E2) Department dated 25.04.2018 and consequential directions directing the respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner in service, after hearing both sides, taking into consideration the fact that selective suspension order was passed against him, the petitioner is directed to give a representation to the respondent, who shall consider the same and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
