ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that in the order, the letter date has been wrongly mentioned as 11.08.2023 instead of 11.08.2003. It is the further submission of the the learned Additional Government Pleader that in para 4 of the order, certain directions were given to the District Collectors in which, it has been stated that the enquiry has to be completed within a period of six weeks, so as to avoid the employees to approach the Courts claiming subsistence allowance.

4. In view of the above submission, in para 4 of the order it is substituted as follows:

"In this regard, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted a letter dated 11.08.2003, wherein in para 4 all the District Collectors were directed to complete the disciplinary 2/4

proceedings within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, so as to avoid the delinquents to approach the Courts claiming subsistence allowance."

5. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy by incorporating the above amendments.
