A.Nos.2245 & 2246 of 2022 in C.S. (Comm. Div) No.65 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J These two applications are presented for substituted service on the respondent. The applicant asserts that the address of the respondent was taken by carrying out an Internet search. Upon issuance of notice dated 05.04.2022, the applicant states that notice was dispatched to the respondent but the same was returned with an endorsement "insufficient address". Therefore, fresh notice was issued. Once again, the postal cover was returned with the endorsement "No such address - returned to sender". The present applications are filed in these facts and circumstances.

2. On considering the submissions, these applications are liable to be allowed. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to effect service by publication in one issue of the English daily "Times of India", Chennai Edition and one issue of Tamil daily "Makkal Kural" specifying the next date of hearing as 18.07.2022.
