The present criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.435 of 2011 dated 30.9.2011 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.435 of 2011, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam, and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.26 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
