These Writ Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 77 & 76 days respectively in filing the restoration petitions in W.P.Nos.29801, 30075 and 31914 of 2014 dated 10.12.2024.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the petitioners are physically disabled persons, this Court is inclined to give
