Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the selection of the 2nd respondent herein, V.Thiyagu (Register No.020001033) for the post of Assistant Director of Horticulture in the Tamil Nadu Horticultural Service for the year 2018-2019 under the category of Scheduled Tribes by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, the 1st respondent herein, as per the selection list published on 09.05.2019 pursuant to the Notification No.29/2018 dated 25.10.2018 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent herein to select the petitioner to the said post of Assistant Director of Horticulture in the Tamil Nadu Horticultural Service for the year 2018-2019 under the category of Scheduled Tribes.
