ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to cancel the General Power Attorney dated 20.11.2019 and registered as Document No.18978/2019 and Document No.18978/2019 in the Office of 2nd respondent by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2024.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that in the name of the Principal somebody has impersonated and executed the power of attorney and so as appointed the petitioner as an Agent. Therefore, the petitioner seeks to cancel the General Power of Attorney. Hence, this writ petition. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. This Court is of the view that the petitioner himself offered to be an agent of the so-called owner who has no title to the property and the petitioner as a party to such document, as a matter of right, he cannot seek a direction to cancel the document. Let the Law takes its own course. 2/4
