By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate who accepted notice for the respondents 1 to 5.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying to quash the impugned notice issued by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.533/A1/2019 dated 03.05.2019 and consequently direct the respondents to dispose the application dated 04.05.2018 submitted to the 3rd respondent seeking permission of the 1st respondent to run the school.
2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has not given his explanation to the impugned notice dated 03.05.2019. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 06.05.2019 he has submitted his explanation. My attention has gone to the fact that DTCP approval is still pending with the Government due to certain administrative problem. The petitioner is hereby directed to comply with and co-operate for the enquiry and also the official respondents are directed to dispose of the application dated 04.05.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
