ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the first and second respondent "Not to Harass" the petitioner anymore. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents police under the guise of investigation is harassing the petitioner and prayed for appropriate orders. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Robert has given complaint as against this petitioner and based on the said complaint the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and inorder to avoid the enquiry, the petitioner has filed this petition.

4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.
