O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) Pointing out certain pollution related problems due to the installation of stone cutting machine by the sixth respondent in the petitioner's village namely Ananthalal Village in Walaja Taluk at Vellore District, the petitioner along with other villagers made a representation for shifting of the said unit to some other area where there is no dwelling people. According to the petitioner, the representation dated 02.05.2016 was served on 03.05.2016. The petitioner now prays that the said representation, in the light of the grounds agitated therein, be considered by the authorities within a stipulated time.
2.Hence, without going into the merits of the claims, the representation of the petitioner dated 02.05.2016 be considered by the first respondent, after perusal of all the required materials and after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent by due notice. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
