Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the 19 students of 2007-2008 batch (as per the list of students enclosed along with this writ petition) of the petitioner institute to complete the D.T.Ed course and consequently direct the respondents to publish the results of the said students and to award them diplomas on their successful completion of the course.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking Certiorarified Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the 19 students of 2007-2008 batch (as per the list of students https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enclosed along with this writ petition) of the petitioner institute to complete the D.T.Ed course and consequently direct the respondents to publish the results of the said students and to award them diplomas on their successful completion of the course.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
