The petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.2 alleging that under the UDR Scheme Patta No.24 has been given wrongly in favour of the respondent no.4 as against him. The petitioner has made the said claim based upon the title. Thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 13.08.2015, the respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.4.
