Crl.M.P.No.3746 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.No.1125 of 2017 T.MATHIVANAN, J., This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order dated 30.01.2017 and made in Crl.O.P.No.1125 of 2017.

2. Heard Mr.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases.

3. It has to be noted that on 30.01.2017, this Court while setting aside the order dated 06.01.2017 and made in Crl.M.P.No.45 of 2017 has imposed condition on the petitioner saying that he shall appear before the concerned court on every monday at 10.30 a.m., without fail.

4. Now the petitioner has come forward to relax this condition.

5. Having regard to the relevant facts and circumstances, this Court finds that the above said condition could be modified, directing the petitioner to

appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month without fail.

6. Accordingly, the conditional order dated 30.01.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month without fail. Failing which, the learned Principal Sessions Judge is directed to issue Non-Bailable Warrant directly to secure the presence of the petitioner. 14.03.2017 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No ssn
