The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 27.02.2020 in W.P.No.4092 of 2015, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order in Letter No.16407/Forest 2(i)/2020-3 dated 07.02.2022, and he has also produced a copy of the said order, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is being aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
