ORDER

The petitioner has been granted bail for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 296(b), 109 and 351(3) of BNS [Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC] in Crime No.96 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the condition imposed against the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.6230 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions after 10.05.2025.

3. Considering the said fact, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. It is open to the respondent police to take necessary action for cancellation of bail in view of breach of conditions. 02.09.2025 cda 2/4
