ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute which is the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.314 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Omalur and not to harass the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that one Raju son of Karuppa Gounder of M.Chettipatti Village has given a complaint as against the petitioners which is purely civil in nature and the respondent police under the guise of enquiry is harassing the petitioners and prayed for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that these petitioners have also lodged a complaint as against the said Raju and the same was assigned C.S.R.No.171 of 2015 and inorder to avoid the enquiry, the petitioners have come forward with this petition. 4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry on the complaint given by the said Raju as well as the complaint given by the petitioners which has been assigned C.S.R.No.171 of 2015, in accordance with law without harassing the petitioners.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
