O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation seeking for deletion of the wrongful entry in the computerised Chitta/Patta and other revenue records pertaining to the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, which has included the 3rd respondent's name. 2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

3.As seen from the documents filed along with this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's representation, proceedings has already been initiated by the 1st respondent, but no final order has been passed till date.

4.No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, by giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2025, followed by the reminder dated 09.03.2026, seeking for deletion of the wrongful entry in the computerised Chitta/Patta and other revenue records pertaining to the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition by removing the name of the 3 rd respondent, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent and any other third party whom the 1st respondent deem fit to enquire, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
