The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Dhrona Ayurvedic Spa Centre" at Door T.S.No.10/21, Frontline Compound, Salem Main Road, Namakkal, Namakkal District by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. There cannot be a direction to the respondent police to issue No Objection Certificate to run a SPA as sought by the petitioner and the respondent police is directed to enquire the matter and act fairly.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
