This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2023, 10.06.2023 and 01.02.2024 and cancel the document.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that her husband also has a share in the property. However, the 7th respondent has executed a document fraudulently. Hence seeks a direction.

3. This court is of the view that the very writ petition itself misconceived. The settlement deed is of the year 1984, therefore, merely on the basis of the allegation that her husband has a share in the property, such prayer cannot be granted in the writ court. What cannot be achieved in the civil court is sought to be achieved before the authorities herein. Hence this writ petition is misconceived.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
