The petitioners who are arrayed as A1 and A2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120(b) IPC in Crime No.10 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail. 2.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] submitted that the petitioners have already been arrested by the respondent police and remanded to judicial custody.
