2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has submitted that final orders have been passed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the said original orders have not been communicated to the petitioner.

5. Be that as it may, now the final orders are available with the petitioner and hence he has to work out the remedy by filing appeals. 5.Considering the same, the petitioner is given further period of two months from today to file appeals. The petitioner is also permitted to file the said appeals with the xerox copy of the said orders, since the original orders are stated to have not been served. In the meanwhile, status-quo as on today shall be maintained by both the parties. In so far as the return of documents is concerned, liberty is given to the petitioner to file separate writ petitions, if so advised.
