It is represented by the Learned Counsel for both sides that the Petitioner vacated from the premises and handed over possession of the same to the Second and Third Respondents on 13.08.2019 and there are also no dues payable by the Petitioner to the Respondent in respect of
which certificate has been issued by the concerned authority. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect. Nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent events. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
