ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to take necessary steps to conduct the committee to recruit the vacancies for the posting on the compassionate ground.
2. On perusal of the counter affidavit submitted by the respondent revealed that the respondent have no committee for recruiting on compassionate ground. Further, they have seniority list for appointment on compassionate ground. The seniority list will be sent to the Board for approval and after getting approval from the Board, the same will be considered.
3. Therefore, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered and this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
