the proceedings within a reasonable and stipulated time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District, to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No.02/2021, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
