(Ms) No.92 Public Works (W2) Department, dated 13.04.2018 and the consequential letter of the second respondent viz. letter dated 09.07.2018, bearing reference L.No.T3/Royalty Charges (1/2018) and quash the same (in WP.23236/2018) and

(2) To stay the operation of G.O. (Ms) No.92 Public Works (W2) Department, dated 13.04.2018 issued by the first respondent and the consequential letter of the second respondent viz. letter dated 09.07.2018, bearing reference L.No.T3/Royalty Charges (1/2018), (in WMP.27122/2018) respectively pending WP.No.23236 of 2018.
