ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection to conduct the 22 nd Vaikasi Kodai Thiruvizha for Arulmigu Sree Kottravai Badhrakali Amman Koil at Ambattur between 14.05.2024 and 22.05.2024 in accordance with the customary practice.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner apprehends interference by the fifth respondent, and hence, the petitioner made a representation before the respondent police.

3. In view of the fact that the representation is pending before the respondents, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 02.05.2024 given by the petitioner on or before 13.05.2024. The second respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent before passing any order. 3/6

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
