ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent "not to harass" the petitioners based on the false complaint lodged by Mr.T.Sridhar the defacto complainant under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that one T.Sridhar has given a complaint as against the petitioners with the respondent police and the respondent police under the guise of enquiry is frequently calling the petitioners and harassing the petitioners and thus prayed for appropriate orders. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor denies the same stating that only inorder to avoid the enquiry on the complaint lodged by T.Sridhar, the petitioners have come forward with this petition.

4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law without harassing the petitioners.
