ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the District Munsif, Madhavaram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.207 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.207 of 2019, on the file of the District Munsif, Madhavaram. He filed the suit for a permanent injunction restraining the defendant, his men and agents from interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property and for costs. The suit was filed in the year 2018.

3. Heard Mr.T. Muruganantham, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Though the names of the respondents are printed in the cause list after issuing notice to them, there is no representation on behalf the respondents.

4. Mr.T. Muruganantham, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contended that though the written statement was filed by the defendants, the trial has not yet commenced.

5. A perusal of the orders passed in the notes paper shows that the trial in the suit in O.S. No.207 of 2019 was posted on 23.11.2018 and thereafter, there is no progress at all in the suit.

6.In the circumstances, the learned District Munsif, Madhavaram, is directed to bestow his personal attention to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible but not later then 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
