ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that based on the complaint given by his sister Jamuna, under the guise of enquiry, the third respondent police is frequently calling him and harassing him. Hence, the petition.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence, the complaint given by the said Jamuna was closed. 4. Since the matter has already been settled between the parties, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this petition and hence, the criminal original petition is closed.
