ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in Crime No:Not known / 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women's Police station, Tirupur North Police station, Tirupur District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the wife of the petitioner has given a complaint as against the petitioner and the respondent police under the guise of enquiry is frequently calling the petitioner and harassing the petitioner and thus prayed for appropriate orders. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is only called for enquiry and only inorder to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

avoid the enquiry, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law without harassing the petitioner.
