has vacated the premises and the keys of the vacant premises are handed over to the learned counsel on record for the respondent in the open Court. Similarly the learned counsel for the petitioner has also given a cheque bearing No.SB484073056 for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- drawn in the Indian Bank to the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is reported that all the amounts to be paid by the respondent are duly paid and the same is recorded. Since nothing survives in this petition, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
