This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the appeal suit against the judgment and decree dated 23.09.2021 made in O.S.No.102 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge/Fast Track Court, Villupuram.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
