This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed appellants 3 and 4 as legal representatives of deceased 1st appellant.

2. Mr.T.Murugamanickam, learned senior counsel for petitioners submitted that pending appeal, the 1st appellant died on 31.10.2010. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.D.R.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent appeared and stated that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 1st appellant is impleaded as appellants 3 and 4 in the above Second Appeal.
