Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to register First Information Report on the complaint made by the petitioner on 24.06.2020 investigate the same and prosecute the 6th respondent in accordance with law for the offences committed by him. The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 4th respondent to register the First Information Report on the complaint made by the petitioner on 24.06.2020, investigate the same and prosecute the 6th respondent in accordance with law for the offences committed by him. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 24.06.2020, after issuing notice to both the parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
