[RESPONDENTS] PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to call for the petitioner for certificate verification for the year 2009-2010 for appointment to the post of B.T.Assistant (Mathematics) and confer all the consequential benefits from the date on which his junior was appointed.

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to appoint the writ petitioner to the post of B.T.Assistant (Mathematics).
2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that at the time of consideration of the case of the writ petitioner, the qualification acquired by him was not treated as equivalent and subsequently, the Equalance Committee' issued a recommendation and based on the recommendation, the Government also issued an order treating the qualifications as equal in G.O.Ms.No.72 High Education (K2) Department dated 30.04.2013. In this regard, the writ petitioner has submitted a representation on 28.06.2014. 3.Thus, without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 28.06.2014, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
