ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 for demolishing and removing Sri Arulmigu Dhroupathiamman temple which is located at old S.No.101/1, New S.No.178/9 Natham of K. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thozhur village, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District without due process of law.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the 3rd respondent, it has been stated that the above said temple is located at 9/10 in Ka.Thozhur village on the left side of the road.

3. If the 3rd respondent is of the view that the said temple is situated on the public road and there is necessity to widen the road, then they have to follow the procedure before proceeding to take appropriate action.

4. With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
