Application Nos.2160 and 2161 of 2020 Application No.2127 of 2020 in C.S.No.325 of 2013 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 155 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 15 th defendant; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 15 th defendant; and to bring on record Mrs.Geetha and Mrs.Shanthi as legal representatives of the deceased 15 th defendant viz; Mr.Gajarajan and substitute in his place in the civil suit.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay is condoned and all the applications are allowed.

4. Post the Civil Suit No.325 of 2013 on 05.11.2020. Copy of the amended plaint copy shall be filed by then.
