PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.09.2020 in CSR.No.125 of 2021 against the above said person named in the complaint and investigate into the matter and submit a report to the Court.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.09.2020 in CSR.No.125 of 2021.

2.Today (13.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the mother of the petitioner on 28.09.2020, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.125 of 2021 and later, a regular case has been registered in Crime No.607 of 2021 by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
