The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry on the notice issued in Na.Ka.No.96/2024/A3 dated 14.04.2024.

2. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry pursuant to the notice issued in Na.Ka.No.96/2024/A3 dated 14.04.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court.
