ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Writ Petition is filed challenging the G.O.(2D) No.09 dated 12.07.2019, appointing the 3rd respondent as recognised Scholar Shia Member of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board, Chennai. Subsequently, by the proceedings dated 04.02.2022, the 3rd respondent was removed from the said post. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
