ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed to the petitioner in the order dated 24.02.2026 in Crl.OP.No.3331 of 2026.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent Police, submitted that the petitioner was in possession of 25 kilograms of Ganja, which is a commercial quantity. He further submits that though bail was granted on 24.02.2026, the matter is still pending before the Trial Court. Therefore, if the reporting condition is relaxed, there is a possibility of the petitioner absconding or tampering with evidence.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate and taking into account that the trial for possession of a commercial quantity is still pending, this Court finds no change in circumstances or bona fide reason to warrant a relaxation at this stage.

5.
