ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their deliberate disobedience in carrying out the directions of this Court passed on 05.08.2024 in WP.no.21678 of 2024, thereby they were directed to conduct enquiry in respect of the subject matter of the aforesaid writ petition and to pass orders within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced order dated 07.02.2025 of the first respondent and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.no.21678 of 2024 dated 05.08.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid order dated 07.02.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid order dated 07.02.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
