O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.08.2015.

2. In the petition, it has been stated that the petitioner is a law abiding citizen. The accused persons, namely, Rooban, Rex Kannan and K.Kavitha wife of Rex Kannan promised the petitioner to secure job as Typist at City Civil Court, Chennai to one Sudha wife of Arumugam. The petitioner is the close friend of the said Arumugam. In view of the same, the accused persons demanded a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- for getting a job of Typist, therefore, the petitioner had given a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the accused persons. After receiving the amount, the accused persons neither repaid the amount nor arranged for the job. Hence, the petitioner lodged complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the 2nd respondent, since no action was taken, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition. 3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, since C.S.R. number has already been assigned, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry in C.S.R.No. 86/2015 and if there are materials gathered indicating commission of offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
