The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records in Crime No.32 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the above said FIR registered as Crime No.32 of 2011 on 29.08.2011 by the 1st respondent herein.

2. Heard both sides.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case had already been completed and charge sheet was also made ready, therefore this petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Addl. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent police to file charge sheet before the Anti Land Grabbing Court, Thiruppur, who, in turn, is directed to receive the same.
