The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 IPC r/w 120b, 34 IPC in Crime No.276 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the accused started a public limited company in the name and style of Star World and after starting this software company, they started collecting deposits from the public by assuring that they will give high rate of interest and the capital will be returned within 3 months. After collecting substantial amount, they absconded. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has bee falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner had never gave any promise to collect the amounts and he never invite any depositors by giving promise to launch a new app or release any 3 D dimensions books. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stating that the total amount involved in this case is near about Rs.4,00,00,000/- and the amount was not recovered and even in the FIR, the defacto complainant gave an information about the amount was paid to the petitioner. No recovery has been made. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent and perused the entire materials available on record.

6.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the total amount involved in this case ad the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
