This criminal original petitioner is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry/ investigation.

Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). It is submitted that the petition is pending in CSR No.668/2022, hence this Court directs the petitioner to cooperate for the enquiry and the respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and not to arrest the petitioner till the completion of enquiry. 3.
