O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report in accordance with law.

2. In the petition, it has been stated that the petitioner herein lodged complaint before the 2nd respondent police as against 5 persons, namely, P.A.Jayaraman, Thahira Begam, Ravichandran, Sadhasivam and K.Vijaya with regard to a civil dispute on 19.06.2015. Since no action has been taken till date, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the matter is purely civil in nature and enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed. He has also produced the closure report for the perusal of this Court.

4. In view of the same, since the complaint was already enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the present criminal original petition is dismissed.
