PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. praying to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 1067 of 2024 dated 18.04.2024 on the file of The Principle Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, in Crime No. 53 of 2024 on the file of respondent police to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for the period of 10 days from 20.05.2024.
