O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.10.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. In the petition, it has been stated that the petitioner lodged complaint as against Arul Doss stating that he has abused the petitioner with filthy language, attacked with hands and pushed down the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 18.10.2015 before the respondent police. Since no action was taken till date, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint along with the copy of the order enclosing wound certificate to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of the order and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and if there are materials indicating commission of offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
