These petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending investigation in S.C No. 238 of 2023 in crime No. 135 of 2018 pending before the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddlaore at Vridhachalam on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons attacked the defacto complainant's husband with car and abducted him in car and he died. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
